Let me first say this: I have played and loved basketball for the better part of my life.

So it should come as no surprise the NCAA tournament has been a huge source of enjoyment for me.

This year even more so.

You see, this is the first time I can remember——not——filling out a bracket for the “Big Dance.“  Heck I never win so I figured I’d just be throwing money away anyhow.

Only problem is, now that tourney time has arrived I feel something is missing.  I watched Butler play LSU and was kinda bored. I know I wouldn’t have been if I had a horse in the race.  Now it’s just another game.

So I am happy I won’t be losing money….again.  But a bit upset I didn’t pick any upsets.
