Brad, I dont do facebook,twitter,etc. I am not even sure I am in the right spot to make a comment. But I saw your report on the rise of conceald weapons permit. It bugs me because everytime its mentioned. It sounds like you just walk in, do some paperwork and at the end of the day your out the door with your permit. Its not just a safety course, you have to pass a written test along with a hands on with a handgun that involves more than just safety. It takes on average of 90 days before you actually recieve your permit. I have been a victim of crime twice in the past few years and DON’T look at it as a replacement to 911 or current law enforcement. But as protection for myself and my family when there is no one else, as a last resort!!
