Crazed fan storms court at French Open

I can’t understand how this guy gets into the stadium hosting the French Open Men’s Final in the first place!
Apparently he is well known in European sports…and does this on a regular basis. Sooooo, why in the world is he allowed in to the stadium?!
Watch the video…it takes security a long time to get to the guy.
The knucklehead is able to try to put a hat on Roger Federer, and then take off running before being planted by a great tackle.
BTW…our president was in Paris Sunday…hopefully the security the French provided for him was better than this!
