‘Frosty’ ad on CBS website gets chilly reaction

An ad appearing on CBS.com blended the adult brand humor of ‘How I met your Mother’, with the children’s Christmas season cartoon ‘Frosty the Snowman’.
Not being a parent, I chuckled…but I can absolutely see why this one would get people fired up.
Too far, or more of the Fun Police on patrol?

Best captured in Cole Porter’s lyric from “Anything Goes”, “...when writers, who once knew better words, only use four letter words writing prose, Anything Goes.“ Wardrobe malfunction it ain’t and an obdurate brutem fulmer, that though free speech, derserves the votes of the outraged consumer through the offers to their advertisers to find a vendor that is perhaps more attuned to “family freindly” programming.
