I don’t know how serious Sheriff Leon Lott was…maybe he liked the publicity? 

Or maybe he wanted to send a message to the kids in his corner of the world…smoke weed, and you will get busted.  Especially if you’re stupid enough to take pictures of it, or stupid enough to do it in a place where someone would take a picture of it, OR are a celebrity stupid enough to do it in front of people you don’t know, in the age of ‘get rich off pictures of people being stupid’.

Either way…I would say mission accomplished.
