Supreme Court to define your right to bear arms
Posted on 03/19 at 07:40 AM.

For the first time ever, the United States Supreme Court is about to define the second amendment.  Your right to bear arms.

The case surrounds the Washington D.C., gun ban and whether it’s constitutional.

Check out the story and then let me know your interpretation of the second amendment.

COMMENTS

The Right to Defend against Common assaults is a right that cannot be denied.

The idea that the DC law gives more protection to those that assault than those that are assaulted is insane.

Under strictest definitions of the constitution, I believe that individuals must have the right to own a gun. Would I own one or find comfort that others do? No. What is needed is to make sure those who wish to, follow the subsequent laws pertaining to gun ownership. If that is managed better, it will be easier to penalize the bad guys.

@BradFranko Exactly my point: Why so long for higher authorities to challenge "Good ol' boy network" in CHS?
