MT. PLEASANT, S.C., May 13, 2008 – The Ginn Tribute Hosted by ANNIKA is offering its fans a stellar opportunity to follow his or her favorite LPGA star up close and enjoy their personalities in a more relaxed and intimate setting before the tournament’s intense, 72-hole competition takes place the ensuing four days.

Post and Courier Day, on Wednesday, May 28, provides fans with further incentive to enjoy the Pro-Am. A 2-for-1 admission coupon to the Ginn Tribute Hosted by ANNIKA’s May 28 Pro-Am can be found in copies of The Post and Courier (a $30 value; limit one coupon per household). Additionally, one lucky fan will win a chance to caddie for the Ginn Tribute Hosted by ANNIKA’s only champion, Nicole Castrale, during the tournament’s May 28 Pro-Am through the Caddie Dream Job contest.

“Both promotions offer fans an up close and personal interaction with the LPGA stars of today,” said Becky Newell, Ginn Tribute Hosted by ANNIKA tournament director. “May 28 will be a great day to beat the crowds and observe these talented athletes in an intimate setting. The winner of the Caddie Dream Job will enjoy a once in a lifetime experience of walking inside the ropes and next to one of the world’s finest all while learning the ins and outs of being a caddie.”

Fans can register online for the Caddie Dream Job contest at www.Charleston.net/caddie, or mail their name, address and daytime phone number to Post and Courier (Attn: Marketing Department), 134 Columbus St., Charleston, SC 29403. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and be able to walk all 18 holes of the Pro-Am. Entries must be registered online or received via mail by 5 p.m. Friday, May 16. The second edition of the $2.6 million Ginn Tribute Hosted by ANNIKA takes place again at the 6,459-yard RiverTowne Country Club in Charleston, S.C., May 26-June 1. 144 players will compete for a $390,000 winner’s check. Golf Channel will air the first two rounds May 29-30 with NBC broadcasting the weekend rounds on May 31 and June 1.
