WELCOME!
Thanks for stopping by The Murray Blog!

We will talk about everything from the news of the day, to random thoughts.  This is not a one-way conversation…I invite you to give me your thoughts on things I blog about, and things I don’t.  No topic is off limits!

BTW…disagreement is part of the game. But, please keep it clean. This is an all ages show!

If you allowed it, ignored it and then pretended it would soon end you may now be dealing with an overweight child who is battling Type 2 diabetes.

Am I My Own Keeper?
The relationship between physician and patient is gradually changing. In the past, the physician was the health care decision maker. I never questioned what my physician said until I started reporting on health and wellness at channel 2.
