Executive Chef Craig Deihl creates simple yet elegant fare with retro style, incorporating wood grilled steaks, fish, shellfish and tableside preparations. Cypress has an extensive wine list artfully displayed over a three-story 4,500 bottle wine wall. The interior evokes a decidedly modern feel while retaining the historic architectural details of the historic 1834 building.
