I just saw this article from the Charleston City Paper on thedigitel.com (http://tinyurl.com/prmjml).
Pearlz Oyster bar has stayed open till 2a.m. for years. Now it was “discovered” that the building was only zoned for business until 11p.m.
The thing that jumped out at me in the article was that people complained about the noise late night.
What did you freaking expect when you bought/rented a place in DOWNTOWN CHARLESTON.
Whoever complained, shame on your for being dumb enough not realize that living downtown meant dealing with noise.
