Congress will vote on a bill today that would give the Food and Drug Administration control over cigarette production and marketing. The FDA would have the power to limit nicotine, curtail advertising and ban flavored tobacco products. Critics say that the FDA should regulate something that is harmful to your health. Does seem a bit contradictory doesn’t it?

Why not just ban them to begin with!?!  I wonder if there will ever be a day without tobacco products at all.  Doubtful.
